Golly, I love that Cello.
As a singer myself, I dislike some of the things she does with her voice, but that doesn't change the fact that she has an amazing one. That and she's an amazing performer. You can tell she really feels her music!

The song is "Buttons" off Some People Have Real Problems. Great video on YouTube where she tries to sing the song with tape on her face, condoms, hoisery, netting, etc...
Distractions is my favorite song she does with Zero 7 and this is a beautiful version.
She is on the cusp of making it big as she and XTina will collaborate on Aguilera's next album.
