She's not fat, she's perfectly healthy. I define fat as someone who NEEDS to lose weight. Anyways, you have to have a little belly if you're going to be a belly dancer.
That outift is HIDEOUS, however.

Uh hello, it's belly dancing. You need to have a belly to belly dance. Otherwise she'd just be another poser like Shakira shaking her hips without any abdominal movement. Besides fat people are people who are at unhealthy, heavy weight. She's clearly not unhealthy with all the exercise she does.
If being not-fat means being a curveless stick, then most women are "fat".
