That should explain it all.
The song's called "Sing Swan Song" by a band named Can. Kanye uses this song's sample in his song. He heard it and thought the lyrics were "drunk and hot girls", when actually they're "drunky hot bowls". It's an old 70's song, but you probably wouldn't know that, what with your 50 Cents and Soulja Boys. Actually, there was also a Souljah Boy in the 90's that rapped with Bone Thugs-N-Harmony.
