the 'b's' after a note means it's whats a flat note. '#'s' are what are known as sharp notes. all of which are in the black keys. The white key's go from 'A' through to 'G'.
I think that after watching this video the positions of the notes are pretty self explanitary. Though everybody has their own pace for learning these things.

this is from Ocarina of Time, there was only one warp song in Majora's Mask. also, only Ocarina of Time ever made it to gamecube, and it was upgraded for more of a challenge to gamers. both games are originally on the nintendo64
